OUR TEAM

Meet James, a cinematographer who has a passion for capturing breathtaking visuals and human centric stories. Unlike many in the industry, James didn't receive a formal education in cinematography, but instead, discovered his style by putting in the years behind the lens to develop his unique style of shooting and storytelling.

James’ recognizable style has been characterized by his ability to capture the true essence of his subjects and their stories. With a deep commitment to authenticity, James is known for immersing himself in the lives of his subjects, gaining their trust, and capturing their most genuine moments on film.

Whether on location in remote wilderness areas, or in bustling cities, James is always seeking out the beauty in the world and the stories waiting to be told. James’ passion for the craft shines through in every project, and he is dedicated to capturing true and authentic stories.

DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

With a degree in film from the Montana State University and a background in backcountry guiding and recreation, Eli has traveled internationally as a remote wildlife Cinematographer/Field Producer. Pursuing stories of conservation and the collision of natural and modern worlds, Eli has had the opportunity to work for clients such as: Netflix, BBC, Nat Geo, HBO, PBS Nature, Smithsonian, Curiosity Stream, History Chanel, Discovery, Animal Planet, and more.

As human and nature continue to collide, Eli looks to direct his attention towards more human centric stories; how we as a species interact and find a place within worldly ecosystems. Searching out opportunities that explore the relationships that folks share with their crafts, professions and surroundings.

Eli’s overall goal is to stylistically convey the feelings and emotions of characters. To share their stories in a way that inherently connects in a raw and authentic fashion. And utilize this emotional pull to partner with brands and nonprofits to bring their missions to life.
